A user account is needed to access Assiniboine College’s information and technology systems. New students are provided with a student number and an account username in a “Welcome to Assiniboine College” email to their personal email address. This information must be used to complete this Claim ID process and activate your user account before the account can be used. Please check your spam and junk folders if you are missing the email with your student number and username. Password setup is part of this activation process.
Returning students will continue to use the same username and password they used the last time they were a student. If you do not remember your username and/or password, you can try using the self-service password reset portal at https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com, or you can contact the IT Service Desk at [email protected] or call 204.725.8700 (ext 6765) or toll-free at 1.800.862.6307 (ext 6765).
This Claim ID process cannot be used to retrieve or change the password on an existing student account.
